ITS FREE | The Church At Bethel

Free : When my family was young and growing . It was tough Tina and I were married on May 6th 1985 . Starting out we were only thinking of having 2 children . But after child number 2 we decided we both wanted more . So one day wee were discussing the subject and Tina said " Im thinking of a number of how many kids we should have ." I had been thinking of a number myself . She said " What do you think that number is ". Well I went with the number that I had neen thinking , I said "6 is a good number ". Tina says "that's the mumber I've been thinking ". So that was a little background on our life , but that what I really want to talk about is FREE . Everbody likes free , see when you have 6 kids everything is big , your home , vehicle , grocery bill , and rare times when you eat out the bill is pretty big . Except when you have that save mentality you tend to look at those places where kids under a certain age eats free . There were a few we visited and that helped us more than you'd ever know . During the Obama years the steel business was very slow but we chose the path of Faith , Faith that the Lord would see us through , And He did . The other thing was Tina didn't work , she was a stay at home mom and I had just taken a paycut to transfer to a straight day job . Things were hard , but Faith helped us . The reason for the job change was so that I could be at home at night and I would only have to work 1 weekend a month . I could finally take my family to church , join the church choir learn how to lead worship and be around other believers . But the ULTIMATE FREE is the gift of life that we recieve when we give our lives to Christ . Scripture says " HE WHO THE SON SETS FREE IS FREE INDEED " . See it's FREE , FREE , FREE . It takes a little Faith . Things we SEE on the news , if you watch the news , is like what Pastor said this morning just temporary. It will only last for a time . But with Faith in God we have eternal life , can't really see it , BUT we know it will be there because we know our God , we have an intimate relationship with him and a belief that He will do what He says He will do . So be FREE AND HAVE FAITH IN THE ONE AND ONLY .
