Tonight as I look upon the Cross I see the True symbol of Peace . Not the symbol that the hippies in the 70's . Actually that symbol is a broken upside down cross that resembles that of evil , not peace .
It represents exactly the opposite of what the Cross of Christ means . The Cross we look upon as Christians has many different meanings . When I look at the Cross I don't see death but I see life . The Cross is alive , the real Cross is soaked with the Blood of Jesus . The Power of the Cross emits a Love like no other . The Power of the Cross gives us strength to overcome , Just as scripture tells us that " We can do all things through Christ that strengthens us " . His Love never ever fails . His strength is perfect when our strength is gone . Someone told me one time not to remember Jesus dying on the Cross . But I told Him that is the most important part looking upon the Cross . Not because He hung there naked in a way of shame . But that is where He finished death , hell and the grave . Take a moment and look and see the " Way the Truth and the Life , because He is the Way to the Father .
